Ruben Padilla - Artist Statement
Through my photography I aim to create awareness and understanding for the decay of lifeʼs beauty in domestic spaces. I try to search out the feeling as well as the form. Being busier than ever, don't let us to find the time to appreciate the everyday. Photography is my way to freeze a moment in the inevitable cycle of life.

Ruben Padilla - Biography
Born in Manizales, Colombia in 1963. Earned an associate degree in photography from LaGuardia Community College in Commercial Photography in 2006. Currently live in Flushing New York.
